Bolivar, Mo. --Â The SBU Bearcats will return to action on Friday when they host MIAA opponent Missouri Southern in a non-conference match before traveling to Central Oklahoma for a road non-conference match.
The Coaches
Megan Link will begin her second season as the head coach at Southwest Baptist and holds a career coaching record of 9-9 (6-4 MIAA).
Chris McNaughton is in his first season as the head coach at Missouri Southern. McNaughton holds a career coaching record of 34-19-3, all at the NAIA level.
Mike Cook is in his 19th year as the head coach at Central Oklahoma, holding a school coaching record of 265-95-27 and a 353-117-28 overall record in 22 seasons.
Scouting the Lions

Southwest Baptist comes into the weekend 0-3 (0-0 MIAA) on the season after falling to Drury 2-1 last week.
