Bolivar, Mo. - The Southwest Baptist University baseball team will open up a three-game series at Northwest Missouri on Friday to close out their four-game road trip.

The Bearcats are led offensively by Kevin Handzlik who is hitting a team high .386, while James Holler is hitting .321 and Garrett Fort .302. Holler leads NWMSU with 5 homeruns and 7 doubles, while Ozzie Adams has scored 33 runs and Nick Gotta has knocked in 29 runners to lead the Bearcats. On the mound Joseph Hietpas holds a 4-2 record to go along with a 3.95 ERA, while out of the bullpin Carson Smith holds a 2.82 ERA with 4 saves.
