Kelsey Keizer in her second season on the Bearcat bench after leading SBU to a 9-18 (4-15 MIAA) record last season. Coach Keizer had spent the past three years as the assistant at Southwest Baptist after playing collegiately for Division I Drake.
Carrie Hofstetter is in her 1st season as the head coach at Nebraska-Kearney. Hofstetter comes to Nebraska-Kearney after serving as the head coach at Hastings College the past three seasons, holding a coaching record of 68-31.
Southwest Baptist leads the all-time series against Nebraska-Kearney 3-1. The Lopers claimed an 89-75 victory earlier this season in Bolivar.
