Arkadelphia, Ark. - The Southwest Baptist University men's tennis team picked up a 9-0 victory over Mississippi College on Saturday morning to improve to 2-1 on the young season.

The Bearcats had a clean sweep in doubles play, with the doubles teams of Sherif Abohabaga/Chris Blodig, Gyorgy Argoston/Torben Semrau, and Raul Rodriguez/Omar Diab all picking up wins. In singles play, SBU received wins from Abohabaga, Argoston, Blodig, Semrau, Rodriguez, and Diab to cruise to a 9-0 victory.

SBU will return to action on Saturday, February 27 when they travel to Fort Smith, Arkansas to take on Arkansas-Fort Smith. Play is set to begin at 12:00 p.m.
