Indianapolis, Ind. - For the third time this season sophomore quarterback
TJ Edwards has been named the GLVC Football Offensive Player of the Week.
Edwards had a career day in SBU's 61-37 win at Saint Joseph's on Saturday, throwing for 330 yards with 4 touchdowns while also rushing for 96 yards and 3 touchdowns. Edwards now has 24 passing touchdowns on the season, putting him 4th on the all-time single season list with three games remaining in the regular season. Edwards led the SBU offense to 524 yards of total offense in the first half, an SBU record of total offense in a half, while also accounting for an SBU record 7 touchdowns in the game, including 5 straight touchdowns on SBU's 5 opening possessions of the game.
