Bolivar, Mo. – The Southwest Baptist University volleyball team fell to the hands of Lindenwood on Friday evening 3-0. With the loss SBU drops to 3-18 (0-8 MIAA) on the season.

The Bearcats fell in the first set 25-20, the second 25-23, and third and final set 25-15. Kalyn Sotomayor and Katie Robinson both had a team high 8 points (7 kills, 2 block assists) in the loss. Serena Mar picked up 23 assists, while Bailey Baumann had a team high 15 digs in the loss.

SBU will return to action on Saturday, October 15 when they host #16 Central Missouri. Play is set to begin at 3:00 p.m. from the Meyer Sports Center in Bolivar.
