Bolivar, Mo. - The SBU Bearcats will continue their three-game homestand on Thursday and Saturday as SBU opens up MIAA play against Upper Iowa and Lindenwood.
The CoachesNick Pettit takes over as the new head coach of the men's soccer program after spending the previous two years as an assistant coach at Oklahoma Baptist and the head boy's soccer coach at Midwest City High School.
Jason Carlson enters his 3rd season as the head coach at Upper Iowa and holds a career coaching record of 18-14-3.
Carl Hutter is entering his 22nd season as the head coach at Lindenwood. Hutter has compiled a career record of 399-200-60 (304-118-32 at Lindenwood).
Scouting the BearcatsSouthwest Baptist enters the week with an 0-6 record on the season after falling to Harding in double-overtime, 3-2. The Bearcats are led in scoring by

The Peacocks are led in scoring by Greg Marshall who has collected 5 goals on the season. In goal, Connor Rortvedt has compiled 27 saves with a 0.48 GAA.
Lindenwood enters the week with a 3-1-1 record on the season, and are coming off of a 1-0 home victory over Maryville. Alfredo Paez and Andre Hayne lead the Lions offensively with 3 goals a piece, while Andrew Hamerlinck has 16 saves and a GAA of 2.37.
