Bolivar,Mo - The Southwest Baptist University men's and women's cross country team will host the SBU Bearcat Invitational on Saturday, September 5 at the Bolivar Municipal Golf Course next to the YMCA. The women's 5K race will begin at 9:30am, followed by the men's 4 mile race which begins at 10:05am.

Following the conclusion of the meet, the SBU Track & Field team will be hosting a Golf Fundraiser at the Bolivar Municipal Golf Course:

- 4-person scramble
- Prizes to the top 3 teams
- Longest Drive & Closest to the Pin Contest
- Door Prizes

Cost is $25 per person ($10 team discount for employees, faculty, students, and alumni) which includes 18 holes, golf cart, free bbq lunch, as well as entry into special drawings.

Preregistration is recommended by either emailing cmcelhaney@sbuniv.edu or signing up at the Bolivar Municipal Golf Course. Day of registration will take place from 11:30am to 12:15pm with the tournament beginning at 12:30pm.
