Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Augustana, S.D. - The Southwest Baptist University volleyball team fell in the first two games of the Augustana VB Classic on Friday. The Bearcats fell 3-0 to Minnesota State-Moorhead before falling 3-0 to Northern State to finish of the day.

In the Bearcats' loss to Minnesota State-Moorhead, SBU fell in the first set 25-14, the second 25-8, and the final set 25-19. The Bearcats were led in kills by Dana Neal with 7 kills, while Hannah Blount picked up a game high 16 digs. In SBU's loss to Northern State, the Bearcats fell 25-16, 25-13, and 25-18. Taryn Marton led the Bearcats with 13 kills, while Anna Stuehm had 19 assists, and Blount had 10 digs.

SBU will return to action on Saturday, September 12 when they take on host school Augustana and Minnesota-Crookston.
