Surprise, Ariz. - For the third consecutive year, the Southwest Baptist University women's tennis team has advanced to the NCAA Quarterfinals with a 5-1 victory over Indianapolis on Wednesday. With the victory, the Bearcats improve to 24-2 on the season.

Lani Tuemmers both picked up victories. Southwest Baptist then used strong singles play to cruise to a 5-1 victory with singles wins from Varga, Zentai, and Tummers.
SBU advances to the NCAA Quarterfinals when they will play #14 Midwestern State on Thursday, May 14.
