Springfield, Mo. - The Southwest Baptist University men's tennis team defeated Lindenwood in the third place match at the MIAA Men's Tennis Championship Tournament on Sunday afternoon. With the victory, Southwest Baptist improves to 12-7 on the season.
Coming out of doubles play, the Bearcats trailed the Lions 2-1 with

Sherif Abohabaga picking up the lone doubles victory at #1. The Bearcats then went on to take four singles matches with Kinal, Abohabaga,
Yannick Doering, and
Brad Cicek all picking up wins to give SBU the 5-4 team victory.
