Maryville, Mo. - The Southwest Baptist University women's tennis team picked up two MIAA victories on the day after defeating Northwest Missouri 5-3 and Missouri Western 5-4. On the day Fanni Varga picked up her 100th career singles victory as SBU improves to 18-2 (8-1 MIAA) on the season.

The Bearcats swept all doubles matches at the number one and two positions, while Fanni Varga and Maria Josie Zehnder picked up a pair of singles victories and Lani Tuemmers and Zorana Jovanovic went 1-1 in singles play on the day.

SBU will return to action on Monday, April 13 when they host William Jewell in the final regular season home contest of year. Play is set to begin at 1:00 p.m. from Bolivar, Missouri.
