Springfield, Mo. - The Southwest Baptist University women's tennis team took down #18 Midwestern State on Friday morning at the Cooper Tennis Complex 5-4 to remain undefeated on the season.
The Bearcats kicked things off with doubles victories from

Lani Tuemmers to give SBU a 2-1 lead heading into singles play. In singles, Varga and Zentai both won in straight sets while Tuemmers picked up a big three-set victory to give SBU the 5-4 victory.
The Bearcats will quickly return to action tomorrow, March 7, when they host Arkansas Fort-Smith. Play is set to begin at 10:00 a.m.
