Springfield, Mo. - The Southwest Baptist University women's tennis team opened up the 2015 season with a 7-2 victory over Evangel.

The Bearcats started the match off by claiming two of the three doubles matches, with victories from Fanni Varga/Christina Zentai and Josie Zehnder/Lani Tuemmers. In singles play, the Bearcats picked up five orf six singles victories. Varga, Zentai, Zehnder, Tuemmers, and Zorana Jovanovic all picked up singles victories in the win.
