Bolivar, Mo. - The Southwest Baptist University women's basketball steps away from MIAA competition on Monday when they host Harris-Stowe State in the annual Play4Kay game.

Kelsey Keizer is in her first season on the Bearcat bench. Coach Keizer has spent the past three years as the assistant at Southwest Baptist after playing collegiately for Division I Drake.
Dennis Griffin begins his 5th season as the head coach at Harris-Stowe State University.
Southwest Baptist leads the all-time series against Harris-Stowe State 5-0. The Bearcats claimed a 85-45 victory over the Hornets at SBU during the 2012-13 season.
Scouting the BearcatsSouthwest Baptist is coming off of a 81-58 loss to Pittsburg State, and are now 7-12 (3-9 MIAA) on the season. The Bearcats are led in scoring by
Dilonna Johnson who averages 11.1 ppg and a team high 3.2 apg, while

Scouting the HornetsHarris-Stowe State enters into the game against Southwest Baptist with a 8-11 (7-8 AMC) record on the season. The Hornets are coming off of a 72-46 win over Stephens after dropping their four previous contests. HSSU is led in scoring by Mia Wesley who averages 18.6 ppg. Alexis Minner is also in double-figures at 11.9 ppg while Lorraine Pitchford averages 8.4 ppg and a team leading 10.6 rpg.
