Bolivar, Mo. - The Southwest Baptist University's Women's Volleyball team fought hard but fell to Fort Hays State in their last game of the season 3-0.

SBU dropped the first set 17-25 and then the second set 15-25. In the third set, FHSU jumped to an early lead but the Bearcats rallied back and went on a 7-0 run mid-way through the set to lead the FHSU tigers 15-12. Despite the strong come-back, SBU fell in the third set 25-20. Payton White led the Bearcats offensively with 9 kills and close behind was Lori Angello with 7 kills. Bailey Baumann had a team high 12 digs while Anna Stuehm continued her strong freshmen year with a team high 26 assists and 7 digs.

SBU finishes their 2015 season 5-24 (3-15 MIAA).
