Tahlequah, Okla. - The Southwest Baptist University men's soccer team fell at the hands of Northeastern State on Thursday evening 5-0. With the loss, SBU drops to 0-11 (0-4 MIAA) on the season.

Northeastern State jumped on the board quickly, taking a 1-0 lead in the 5th minute of action. NSU extended their lead in the 34th and 45th minutes as the Bearcats went into the break trailing 3-0. In the second half, NSU netted two more goals as SBU would eventually fall 5-0.

The Bearcats will continue their road trip on Saturday, October 17 when they travel to Lindenwood-Belleville. Play is set to begin at 3:00 p.m. from Belleville, Illinois.
