Springfield, Mo. - The Southwest Baptist University women's tennis team closed out regular season play with an 8-1 victory over #21 Drury. SBU finishes the regular season 17-3 as they prepare for postseason play.

The Bearcats opened up play with doubles victories from Fanni Varga/Christina Zentai and Andjela Panovski/Paula Carvalajeno. The Bearcats then swept singles play with Varga, Mehak Singh, Zentai, Lani Tuemmers, Panovksi, and Zorana Jovanovic all picking up victories as they cruised to an 8-1 win.

SBU will await their competition and seeding in the MIAA Postseason Tournament to be played on Friday, April 25.
