Lawton, Okla. - The Southwest Baptist University men's tennis team fell in a tough contest at #16 Cameron on Tuesday afternoon 5-4. The Bearcats now fall to 7-4 on the season.

SBU started the match off well, winning two of three doubles matches to take a 2-1 lead into singles play. Kristof Kinal/Omar El Kheshen and Chris Blodig/Daniel Cardona both gave SBU victories in doubles play. In singles action, Kinal and El Kheshen both recorded wins over nationally ranked opponents, but it wasn't enough as SBU fell 5-4.

The Bearcats continued their road trip, facing five straight ranked opponents, when they travel to #17 Midwestern State on Wednesday. Play is set to begin at 2:00 p.m. from Wichita Falls, Texas.
