Bolivar, Mo. - The Southwest Baptist University men's tennis team opened up the week with back-to-back wins on Sunday and Monday to move to 7-3 on the season. On Sunday, SBU defeated East Central Oklahoma 7-2 before defeating #40 Southeastern 5-4 on Monday.

Against East Central, the Bearcats swept all three doubles matches and then received singles victories from Kristof Kinal, Omar El Kheshen, Daniel Cardona, and Guido Margiotta to claim a 7-2 victory.

In the match-up against #40 Southeastern, SBU fell behind early claiming only one of the three doubles matches. The Bearcats rallied to take four of six singles matches en route to a 5-4 victory.

The Bearcats will continue their road trip on Wednesday, March 25 when they travel to #16 Cameron. The match is set to begin at 10:00 a.m. from Lawton, Oklahoma.
