Bolivar, Mo. - In the home opener for the Southwest Baptist University men's tennis team, the Bearcats took down #34 Rockhurst 6-3. With the victory, SBU moves to 6-3 on the season.

The Bearcats claimed all three doubles matches, with the doubles teams of Omar El Kheshen/Kristof Kinal, Daniel Cardona/Chris Blodig, and Guido Margiotta/Yannick Doering all picking up victories. In singles play, Kinal, El Kheshen, and Margiotta all picked up singles victories en route to a 6-3 win.

SBU will return to action on Friday, February 28 when they host #39 Harding. Play is set to begin at 2:00 p.m. from the John Bryant Tennis Complex in Bolivar.
