Bolivar, Mo. - Southwest Baptist returns home to face #12 Central Missouri on Saturday afternoon.
The Coaches and the All-Time Series
SBU head coach Todd Voss in his third season on the Bearcat bench. Coach Voss has compiled a 138-78 career coaching record (30-46 at SBU), and has made two NAIA Final Four appearances while as head coach. Coach Voss comes to SBU after spending 5 years as the assistant women's basketball coach at Drake University.
Dave Slifer is in his 10th season as the head coach at Central Missouri. Slifer holds a 169-97 coaching record while at UCM, while his career coaching record stands at 553-196.
Central Missouri leads the all-time series against Southwest Baptist 49-12. UCM claimed a 67-64 victory against SBU earlier this season at UCM.
Scouting the Bearcats
Southwest Baptist is coming off of a 70-56 loss to Missouri Southern and are now 10-13 (5-11 MIAA) on the season.
