SBU Women's Basketball to Host Lindenwood in Play4Kay Game on Tuesday

Bolivar, Mo. - Southwest Baptist returns home to host Lindenwood University in the annual Play4Kay Breast Cancer Awareness Game on Tuesday.

The Coaches and the All-Time Series
SBU head coach Todd Voss in his third season on the Bearcat bench. Coach Voss has compiled a 137-76 career coaching record (29-44 at SBU), and has made two NAIA Final Four appearances while as head coach. Coach Voss comes to SBU after spending 5 years as the assistant women's basketball coach at Drake University.

Tony Francis is in his 4th season as the head coach at Lindenwood, and holds a career coaching record of 42-42.

Scouting the Bearcats
Southwest Baptist is coming off of tough 67-64 loss at #13 Central Missouri, and are now 9-11 (4-9 MIAA) on the season.

Brook Duncan leads the way for the Bearcats, averaging 14.5 points per game and 6.1 rebounds per game, while Jacqui Zelenka averages 13.5 points per game and 8.5 rebounds per game. Dilonna Johnson averages 8.7 ppg and 4.7 assists per game, while down low Mackenzie Skupa averages 9.2 ppg and Morgan Lucy averages 7.3 ppg.

Scouting the Lions
Lindenwood comes into the game against Southwest Baptist with an 11-10 (6-8 MIAA) on the season. The Lions are coming off of a 72-60 win over Missouri Western after dropping their three previous contests.

Lindenwood is led in scoring by Kassidy Gengenbacher who is averaging 14.4 ppg, while Marissa Lehnig averages 11.3 ppg, and Caroline Bourlioux averages 11.9 ppg and a team high 5.4 rpg.
