Bolivar, Mo. - Southwest Baptist is set to begin a five-game road trip, starting with William Jewell on Tuesday.
The Coaches and the All-Time SeriesSBU head coach
Clark Sheehy begins his first season on the SBU bench after coming to the Bearcats from John Brown University. Coach Sheehy holds a career coaching record of 182-106 across nine seasons while coaching six different All-Americans and over 20 athletes that have moved on to play professional basketball.
Larry Holley has been the head coach at William Jewell for 35 years and boasts a career coaching record of 855-502, and 757-367 at Jewell. Holley is a member of 5 Hall of Fames, and has earned 14 Coach of the Year Awards.
Southwest Baptist leads the all-time series against William Jewell 3-2. The Bearcats won last season 90-86 in Bolivar.
