Joplin, Mo. - The Southwest Baptist University volleyball team ended their 2014 season with a 3-0 victory over Missouri Southern on Saturday. The Bearcats played a strong contest against the host Lions, taking the three sets 25-19, 26-24, and 25-23.

Taryn Marton gave the Bearcats a double-double with a game high 13 kills to go along with a game high 12 digs, while Payton White also registered 11 kills. In her final game in a Bearcat jersey, Kelsey Fankhauser had a game high 35 assists, while Hannah Blount recorded 9 digs in the backcourt.

Southwest Baptist finishes the 2014 season with a 10-20 (5-17 MIAA) record on the season.
