SBU Women's Basketball Returns Home to Face Lincoln on Saturday

Bolivar, Mo. - Southwest Baptist returns home on Saturday when they host the Blue Tigers of Lincoln.

The Coaches and the All-Time Series
SBU head coach Todd Voss in his third season on the Bearcat bench. Coach Voss has compiled a 135-74 career coaching record (27-42 at SBU), and has made two NAIA Final Four appearances while as head coach. Coach Voss comes to SBU after spending 5 years as the assistant women's basketball coach at Drake University.

Nicole Collier is in her 2nd season on the bench for Lincoln. Collier holds a career coaching record of 11-16 after spending the three previous years as the top assistant at Lincoln.

Southwest Baptist leads the all-time series against Lincoln 25-9. Lincoln swept the pair of meetings between the two squads last season, most recently claiming a 73-61 win.

Scouting the Bearcats
Southwest Baptist is coming off of a 71-66 loss at Lindenwood and are now 7-9 (2-7 MIAA) on the season.

Brook Duncan leads the way for the Bearcats, averaging 14.1 points per game and 6.4 rebounds per game, while Jacqui Zelenka averages 13.2 points per game and 7.9 rebounds per game. Dilonna Johnson averages 9.1 ppg and 5.0 assists per game, while down low Mackenzie Skupa averages 9.4 ppg and Morgan Lucy averages 7.4 ppg.

Scouting the Blue Tigers
Lincoln comes into the game against Southwest Baptist coming off of a 71-70 loss to #8 Central Missouri and are now 3-13 (0-9 MIAA) on the season.

Lincoln is led in scoring by Jennifer Rosado who averages 13.4 ppg, while Hunter Yoakum is the only other Blue Tiger in double figures at 11.1 ppg. Angela Randall averages a team high 5.9 rpg and a team high 2.3 apg to go along with 9.3 ppg.
