Bolivar, Mo. - The SBU Women's Basketball team returns home for a battle of the Bearcats when they host Northwest Missouri on Thursday.

SBU head coach Todd Voss in his third season on the Bearcat bench. Coach Voss has compiled a 134-72 career coaching record (26-40 at SBU), and has made two NAIA Final Four appearances while as head coach. Coach Voss comes to SBU after spending 5 years as the assistant women's basketball coach at Drake University.

Michael Smith is in his first season as the head coach at Northwest Missouri State. Smith holds a career coaching record of 68-68 and comes to Northwest Missouri after spending the last five years coaching at Truman State.
