Bolivar, Mo. - The Southwest  Baptist University softball team dropped a double-header aganist #18 Fort Hays on Saturday afternoon, losing game one 7-0 and game two 14-0.

Jamie Penick pitched well in game one during senior day, throwing 5.0 innings in the loss. Penick allowed only two earned runs in the contest, but was the victim of seven errors in the field around her.

The Bearcats will return home on Tuesday, April 23 when they host Washburn University in the final home double-header of the season. The games, a make-up of an earlier rained-out contest, will begin at 1:00 p.m. from the SBU Softball Field in Bolivar.
