Fayette, Mo. - The Southwest Baptist University softball team lost both games of a double-header at Central Methodist on Friday afternoon. The Bearcats fell in game one 21-1 while dropping game two 8-0.

The Bearcats scored their lone run off of a Cendyl Carter triple, followed by a sacrifice fly from Caitlyn Cooner.

SBU will quickly return to action when they travel to Jefferson City, Missouri for an MIAA double-header against Lincoln. Opening pitch against the Blue Tigers is set for 2:00 p.m.
