Bolivar, Mo. - SBU looks to build upon their victory over Northwest Missouri when they take on the Lopers of Nebraksa-Kearney on Saturday. The Bearcats are coming off of a 76-74 victory over Northwest Missouri.
The Coaches and the All-Time Series
SBU head coach Todd Voss in his second season on the Bearcat bench. Coach Voss has compiled a 124-58 (.681) career collegiate coaching record (16-26 at SBU), and has made two NAIA Final Four appearances while as head coach. Coach Voss comes to SBU after spending 5 years as the assistant women's basketball coach at Drake University.
Kevin Chaney begins his third season on the bench at Nebraska-Kearney. Entering the 2012-13 season Chaney has a career record of 21-33.
This is the first match-up between the Bearcats and the Lopers.
