Warrensburg, Mo. - The Southwest Baptist University volleyball team had a tough match-up against #7 Central Missouri on Friday night. The Bearcats lost the Jennies 3-0, with the Jennies taking the three sets 25-23, 25-16, 25-13.

Carrie Johnson led the Bearcat attack with 9 kills, while McKinley Chelsey had 5 kills and Jordan Nedbalek and Mackynzi Gibson both had 4. Kelsey Fankhauser had most of the setting duties, collecting 13 assists in the loss, while Sarah Fincher led the Bearcats with 10 digs followed by Kaitlyn Allison with 8.

SBU quickly returns to action on Saturday, October 27 when they travel to Truman State. The game is set to begin at 6:00 p.m. from Kirksville, Missouri.
