Bolivar, Mo. - The Bearcats take a break from MIAA play, and will host the Patriots of Baptist Bible College on Tuesday, January 10 with a 7:00 p.m. tip-off. The Coaches and the All-Time Series
SBU head coach Jeff Guiot is in his eighth season on the Bearcat bench, where he has won three MIAA regular season titles, and compiled a 148-78 (.655) record. Coach Guiot has led the 'Cats to an MIAA Tournament appearance each season, and three NCAA Tournament appearances.
Dan Elliott is in his 1st season as head coach of the Baptist Bible College men's basketball program. He has a career record of 2-13 in his first seasons as the Patriots coach.
The Bearcats lead the all-time series against the Patriots 4-0.

SBU Head Coach Jeff Guiot has become the winningest coach in SBU history with his victory over Washburn University on January 3. Coach Guiot has collected 148 wins over his eight seasons as head coach.

Scouting the Patriots
Baptist Bible College comes into the game against the Bearcats with a 2-13 record. The Patriots are coming off of a 133-94 loss at Central Baptist College.
