The Coaches and the All-Time Series
SBU head coach Jeff Guiot is in his eighth season on the Bearcat bench, where he has won three MIAA regular season titles, and compiled a 150-80 (.652) record. Coach Guiot has led the 'Cats to an MIAA Tournament appearance each season, and three NCAA Tournament appearances.
John Redmond is in his third year at Lincoln University as Head Men's Basketball coach for the 2010-2011 season. He is no stranger to the program as he served as LU's Assistant Men's Basketball Coach from 2007-2009.
SBU leads the all-time series against Lincoln 21-16.
SBU Record Watch
SBU Head Coach Jeff Guiot has become the winningest coach in SBU history with his victory over Washburn University on January 3. Coach Guiot has collected 150 wins over his eight seasons as head coach.

Ryan Dougherty has scored 1,121 points in his career as a Bearcat, and currently ranks 10th all-time on the SBU scoring list. Dougherty set the all-time SBU record for three-point baskets made, with his current record standing at 195. Dougherty also currently ranks 9th in assists (267) and 7th in steals (120) in the SBU record books.
Scouting the Blue Tigers
Central Missouri comes into the game against the Bearcats with a 3-13 record and 3-8 in the MIAA. The Blue Tigers are coming off of a 63-78 loss at Fort Hays.
On the season, LU's scoring offense averages 61.5 points per game and their defense allows 76.5 points per game.
Cedric Ridle is the leading scorer this season for the Blue Tigers, averaging 18.7 points per game. Gregory Motley averages 13.5 points per game, while Jimmy Payton averages 10.4 points per game.
