The Coaches and the All-Time Series
SBU head coach Todd Voss is in his first season as the Bearcats head coach. Prior to coaching at SBU, Voss was an assistant coach at Division I Drake University where he helped lead his team to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances.
Gene Steinmeyer is in his fifth season as head coach of the Northwest Missouri State women's basketball program. In his first four seasons, Hobson has led the Bearcats to a 140-145 record, with an appearance in the MIAA Tournament in Kansas City, Mo last season.
The Northwest Bearcats lead the all-time series against the SBU Bearcats 21-28.
