Bolivar, Mo. - The SBU Men's Tennis team defeated Johnson County Community College 7-2 Tuesday afternoon in Bolivar. JCCC is currently ranked #9 in the nation in the ITA Junior/Community College Rankings. Jorge Palacios and Jorge Margiotta both defeated nationally ranked JCC opponents in singles matches, with Palacios defeating the #6 ranked player, and Margiotta the #20 ranked player. Other victories from SBU included Domingos Carissimo, Daniel Cardona, Juan Estepa and the doubles teams of Carissimo/Margiotta and Cardona/Estepa.

Next up the men's tennis team will host Lindenwood University on Friday, April 15 with play beginning at 9:00 a.m. from Bolivar.
