Bolivar, Mo. - The SBU women's tennis team had an excellent spring break road trip, finishing up the week with four straight team victories. The Bearcats defeated three conference opponents - Northwest Missouri State, Missouri Western, and Nebraska-Omaha - as they move their overall record to 7-8 on the season.

The Bearcats had strong performances at every position this past week. SBU was dominate in singles matches, with each Bearcat having outstanding records. Andjela Panovski (4-0), Jenna Hendrickson (4-0), Crystal Guiot (4-0), Faiga Schmidt (3-0), Mehak Singh (3-1) and Adrienn Kovacs (3-1) all had at least 3 singles victories this past week. Each women's doubles team won at least 3 matches, with the doubles team of Singh and Panovski going undefeated (4-0) this week. Singh's improved her overall singles record on the year to 14-1. SBU will return home to face Truman State University on Saturday, April 2 at 3:00 p.m.
