Bolivar, Mo.
- The SBU women's basketball team had a tough night against Lincoln on Saturday night, dropping the contest 70-67. The Bearcats had four players score in double figures in the contest.

Chasity Prince led the Bearcats in scored in double figures for the fifth straight game, giving SBU 17 points, including tying a career high 5 three pointers made. LaKendra Smith added 13 for the Bearcats, Kayla Hruby had a career high 10, and Brittney Dukes added 10 in the loss. As a team SBU shot 43.8% from the field, and 43.8% from beyond the arc.

"I though offensively we were okay," head coach Todd Voss commented after the game. "Scoring 67 points you are not going to blow anybody out, but that is enough to win. I thought Chasity had an excellent game for us. She had 17 points and she hit some big three's in both halves to put us in position to take the lead or win the game. I thought we saw some good things from Kayla Hruby as she had ten points."

The Bearcats will be back in action on Wednesday, December 7 when they travel to Kirskville, Missouri to take on the Bulldogs of Truman State. Tip-off is set for 5:30 p.m.
