SBU Women's Basketball to Host Oklahoma Wesleyan on Saturday

The Coaches and the All-Time Series
SBU head coach Todd Voss is in his first season as the Bearcats head coach. Prior to coaching at SBU, Voss was an assistant coach at Division I Drake University where he helped lead his team to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances.

Mark Molder enters his first season as head women's basketball coach at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. In his first season, Molder has worked to build the Eagles women's basketball program. The first year head coach has led the Lady Eagles to just three wins shy of their win total from last season.

The Bearcats and Lady Eagles will be competing the first time this Saturday.

Scouting the Lady Eagles
The Lady Eagles come into the weekend with a 5-8 overall record, and 0-0 in conference play. Oklahoma is coming off of a 74-59 win over Rhema Bible.

In the Midlands Collegiate Athletic conference, OKWU has three players ranked in the top five of three different categories. Rebecca Schlueter is leading the MCAC in rebounds per game with 8.92. Kayla Oleman is ranked second in blocks with 1.20 per game and Nichole Tate is ranked third in the MCAC with 3.25 assists per game.

OKWU is leading the MCAC in both field gold percentage allowed and total offensive rebounds per game.
