Bolivar, Mo. - The Bearcats competed in a tough matchup on Senior Day against the Bearcats from Northwest Missouri State University coming away with an impressive 1-0 victory in regulation.  The SBU offense was lead by Kelly Isaac collecting a goal 34 minutes into the first half of play. 

The Bearcats came into today's game looking to gain momentum going into the MIAA Conference tournament next week.  SBU was able to accomplish that with a goal by senior Kelly Isaac, in her last home game, collecting one goal in the first half.  Kelly and seven other Bearcats combined for 11 shot attempts in today's victory over Northwest.  The Northwest Bearcats were able to combine for 21 shot attempts. 

SBU played solid defense leading to a shutout win over Northwest.  Paige Hemphill's play was outstanding in goal collecting seven saves, and her first shutout of her career.

The Bearcats will be back in action for the first round of the MIAA Conference tournament on Thursday November 3rd in Kansas City, Kansas.  The Bearcats opponent has yet to be determined.
