ARKADELPHIA, Ark. -- The SBU women's tennis team was defeated on day two in Arkadelphia, falling to Delta State 8-1. The Bearcats (2-1) lone win came in #1 doubles with Jolee Cook and Faiga Schmidt winning 8-4 over Tatiana Bouchaud and Lisa Jamais. Cook also went to three sets with Jamais in #1 singles.
SBU hosts Ferris State on March 11 beginning at 1 p.m. from the Bryant Tennis Center.
