Volleyball Loses MIAA Opener to #17 Central Missouri

WARRENSBURG, Mo. -- The SBU Bearcats lost their MIAA opener to #17 Central Missouri, 3-0.

SBU's Kelsey Stewart had a team-high 11 kills. Brianna Wallace picked up 23 assists. Shyrah Perry logged a team-high 11 digs, with Kinsey Palmer recording 10 digs.

Central Missouri won the sets (25-19, 25-21, 25-12) to pick up their 11th win of the season against 3 losses.

The Bearcats now stand at 7-6, with an 0-1 mark in the MIAA.

SBU returns home on Saturday, September 20, to face Nebraska-Omaha at 2:00 in Bolivar.
