Attended the Stoutland School District all 12 years, and often affectionately referred to it at “University of Stoutland” … Graduated in 1953, after being a four-year letterman of the basketball team, as well as a member of the choir and numberous other clubs … In 1968, opened a new boat trailer manufacturing company in Camdenton, Mo., known as B&M Manufacturing Co, producing Haul-Rite boat trailers … Was president of the company until his death in 2003 … Had several connections to SBU … Was honored to serve as a trustee for many years, and his youngest daughter, Stacey, played basketball for four years and graduated in 1989 ... Grandson Colt Blair played two years on the basketball team and was later a graduate assistant coach.
