2011 SBU Flag Football Tournament:
The Bearcat football staff would like to invite you to our annual "Purple and White" spring game and the 1st annual SBU Flag Football Tournament. The purpose of the outing is to give members of the community and alumni a chance to interact with the Bearcat football program while raising money for the football program.
The day will begin on Saturday April 16, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Plaster Athletic Center. The cost for participating in the outing will be $100.00 per team. The deadline for registration is April 13, 2011. Following the tournament all participants are welcome to attend the "Purple and White" game at Plaster Stadium.
The Schedule:
10:00 AM - pool play begins for flag football games
1:00 PM - single elimination play begins (Sweet 16)
1:45 PM - Quarter Finals
2:30 PM - Semi Finals
3:15 PM - Championship
4:00 PM - Spring Game (1st Half)
4:45 PM - Half Time - flag football championship awards, door prizes
5:00 PM - Spring Game (2nd Half)
5:45 PM - Conclusion
