*A signed physical examination completed within six months of tryout is required of each applicant, as well as a copy of your health insurance card.

Tryouts
- Friday the 28th from 5pm-8pm
- Saturday the 29th from 12pm-3pm
- Tryout Location: Intramural Gym in the Wellness Center
- What To Bring:
- copy of insurance card
- copy of a physical examination taken within the last six months
- printed copy of the cheer questionnaire filled out
***Please arrive at least 30 minutes early each day of tryouts to allow enough time to stretch and get warmed up.Â
