Domingos Carissimo has been named the MIAA Men's Tennis Player of the Year as announced by the conference office today. The Bearcats had five singles players and two doubles teams named to one of the three All-MIAA teams.
Carissimo was also named 1st Team All-MIAA in #1 singles and #2 doubles with his partner
Daniel Cardona.
Kristof Kinal was the other Bearcat to earn 1st Team All-MIAA in singles, earning the honor in #2 singles.
The doubles team of Kinal/
Omar El Kheshen were named 2nd Team All-MIAA in #1 singles, while El Kheshen (#3 singles),
Daniel Cardona (#4 singles), and
Guido Margiotta (#6 singles) were all named to the All-MIAA Honorable Mention team.
The Bearcats will travel to Ouachita Baptist on Tuesday, April 30 to take on the Tigers in the first round of the NCAA Men's Tennis Championships.
