Bolivar, Mo. - The 2012 Capital One Academic All-District ® Men's At-Large Teams, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America, have been released to recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances athletically and in the classroom. Brian Steele of Southwest Baptist University was the lone Bearcat to earn the first team honor.

Steele earned his second straight All-MIAA honors this season, and won the Washburn Ichabod Invitational earlier in the year. With his All-District First Team selection, Steele now becomes eligible for the 2012 Capital One Academic All-American Team which will be voted upon later this month.
