BOLIVAR, Mo. -- Season tickets for the 2010 SBU Bearcat football season go on sale to the general public starting Monday, August 23. Season tickets for the five SBU home games will be $45 and include a Bearcat logo chair back cushion seat. 2009 SBU season ticket holders can buy their 2010 passes from August 16 - 20.

The SBU Bearcats are coming off their first winning season since 2001 and feature some of the fastest football around, led by senior quarterback Steve Gachette. The exciting no-huddle spread offensive attack has piled up the points and records over the last few years and looks to continue the same in 2010.

Prior to the Bearcat season opener on Saturday, August 28 with Central Missouri, Bearcat Alley will be open south of the Meyer Wellness & Sports Center. Included in the fun will be inflatables by Play 4 Fun, BC the Bearcat, music, and tailgating along with skills competitions where fans can test their skills against Bearcat athletes.

Senior Day / Fan Appreciation Day - Buy one general admission ticket, get a free general admission ticket to an SBU basketball game

The SBU ticket office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. To purchase tickets, call 417-328-1787 or visit the office located on the second floor of the Meyer Wellness & Sports Center. Single game general admission tickets are $10 each, and are available for pickup at will call.
